Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to enhance an image?
Both the AI Upscaler Pro and the Background Remover cost 1 credit per image. You can check your credit balance in the top-right corner of the app at any time.
What image formats are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WEBP files are all accepted. For upscaling you choose the output format — JPG, PNG, or WEBP — in the settings panel (PNG by default). Background removal returns a PNG with a transparent background.
What upscale factors are available with AI Upscaler Pro?
AI Upscaler Pro supports 2x, 3x, and 4x upscaling. Choose based on how large you need the final image — a 4x upscale on a 512×512 source produces a 2048×2048 result.
Does the Background Remover work on photos with complex backgrounds?
Yes. The Background Remover uses the rembg model, which handles complex scenes including hair, transparent objects, and fine edges well. For best results use a source image with good contrast between subject and background.
Can I upscale and remove the background in one step?
Not in a single request, but you can chain the tools: remove the background first, download the result, then upscale it — or vice versa.
